About the eye thingy, I uploaded another image in the description that actually shows it.
And for the third question: The program I used is not specifically for Pixel Art, so I used a bit of Gaussian blur here and there.

Thank you! I retconn a lot of old lore and try to fix up any inconsistencies I have written in the past. A lot of it has been inspired by events both past and present, so it has help me whip out some random arse story xD
